The main purpose of the JTI implementation is to integrate the use of technology in improving the level of Tourism Johor services to tourists through mobile applications that have various interactive functions. To date, nearly 51,000 users have signed up to use the app and offer hundreds of travel packages offered by local entrepreneurs for tourists to subscribe to. JTI has more room to upgrade and offers more features to enhance the positive experience of users.
